System software responsible for the control and management of hardware and system operations: Office Productivity, Tools, Miscellaneous Applications and Database Software. Software products including Word Processing Programs, Spreadsheet Programs, database software, presentation programs, electronic mail software, internet browsing applications, asset management, Educational and Training software, address management, messaging and communication tools and video conferencing.
Network Software, Security and Maintenance:
Software products that offer security, administration and maintenance of networks including AntiVirus, Firewall, Intrusion detection and protection systems, Content Filtering, Spam prevention, Application server software, Network monitoring and usage tools, Network management and remote administration software.
Office Productivity, Tools, Miscellaneous Applications and Database Software: Software products including Word Processing Programs, Spreadsheet Programs, database software, presentation programs, electronic mail software, internet browsing applications, asset management, Educational and Training software, address management, messaging and communication tools and video conferencing.
