WStore Launches Dedicated Public Sector Sales Team

WStore, the leading online supplier of business IT equipment, has announced a new sales team to cater exclusively for customers in the public sector. The dedicated team was formed as a result of WStore gaining Catalist IT supplier status last year, and formalises WStore’s existing successful public sector sales initiatives.

The new team will start with six dedicated members, who have all passed the standard WStore four week training and induction programme to ensure all sales personnel are fully equipped to evaluate customers’ circumstances and suggest the most affordable solutions to meet their needs. The team will double in size within months, and will be supported by a team of accredited software and presales technical advisors.

In 2006, WStore gained Catalist status in five categories covering areas of software, supplies and office accessories; a revenue opportunity of around £85 million each year for the next three years. Since then, WStore has expanded its sales into the public sector steadily.
