Proof of Delivery
Use the form below to request proof of delivery for any item shipped from WStore.

For any delivery shipped from WStore via a normal courier service, we can supply Proof of Delivery Information.

The timescales vary for being able to supply this information, depending on how recently the product was shipped/delivered, which courier was utilised, and sometimes which courier location the POD needs to be supplied from.

For responses to POD requests, we aim to respond within 3 hours with either the Proof of Delivery information, or an ETA of when you can expect to receive this information.
