We also do not accept product backorders from non-business customers.

WStore is a business-to-business organisation, and our strengths lie in our website and our business account manager. Our website includes full product information on over 105,000 products with accurate stock and up-to-date pricing, offering a considerable enhancement over the information previously available to consumer buyers placing orders by telephone. Our business account managers are dedicated to the needs of our business customers, and as such could not provide the level of service required to deal with a high quantity of consumer purchases.

We do currently accept online orders from consumers for in-stock products, but please note that we cannot engage in presales support by telephone or email relating to potential purchases.

We apologise to consumers who wish to purchase by telephone. Some mail order companies who are specifically geared to dealing with consumer volume are better equipped to take your order
