Order Status Explained

Here is an explanation of the order status terms you may see in your day-to-day business with WStore.

  • Proforma
    This is a quotation for a product which will remain on your account for 30 days unless otherwise advised (or removed.)
  • Supervisor Approval
    The order amount exceeds the buyer's spend limit. This order is awaiting approval from the supervisor or senior buyer on the account.
  • Confirmed
    Your order has been received and is at the start of the order process.
  • Credit in Process
    Your order is awaiting cleared funds, either a cheque or bank transfer. If payment is not received you will be contacted by our sales team.
  • Credit Hold
    Payment or confirmation of payment is required. Orders with overdue balances and credit card orders will appear with this status. Credit card validations will be carried out before our order cutoff time of 3.30pm for next day delivery.
  • Stock Hold
    Your goods are not currently available. The average lead time for out of stock goods is seven working days. If your goods are urgent, we will endeavour to resource the goods on your behalf.
  • In Delivery
    Your order is with our suppliers and is being prepared for delivery.
  • Delivered
    Your goods have been despatched for delivery and will be with you within 24hrs.
  • Invoiced
    We have received notification that the order has been delivered. An invoice has been prepared for mailing to the invoicing address registered for the account. Please note receipt of the invoice can be up to 7 days after delivery has been made.
